Ch. 1 1 Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God.
Ch. 2 1 Wherefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest. For wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself. For thou dost the same things which thou judgest.
Ch. 3 1 What advantage then hath the Jew: or what is the profit of circumcision?
Ch. 4 1 What shall we say then that Abraham hath found, who is our father according to the flesh?
Ch. 5 1 Being justified therefore by faith, let us have peace with God, through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Ch. 6 1 What shall we say, then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
Ch. 7 1 Know you not, brethren (for I speak to them that know the law) that the law hath dominion over a man as long as it liveth?
Ch. 8 1 There is now therefore no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus, who walk not according to the flesh.
Ch. 9 1 I speak the truth in Christ: I lie not, my conscience bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost:
Ch. 10 1 Brethren, the will of my heart, indeed and my prayer to God is for them unto salvation.
Ch. 11 1 I say then: Hath God cast away his people? God forbid! For I also am an Israelite of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
Ch. 12 1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercy of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, pleasing unto God, your reasonable service.
Ch. 13 1 Let every soul be subject to higher powers. For there is no power but from God: and those that are ordained of God.
Ch. 14 1 Now him that is weak in faith, take unto you: not in disputes about thoughts.
Ch. 15 1 Now, we that are stronger ought to bear the infirmities of the weak and not to please ourselves.
Ch. 16 1 And I commend to you Phebe, our sister, who is in the ministry of the church, that is in Cenchrae:
